E601B type water surface evaporator is an instrument for observing evaporation of water surface on evaporation station, and can be used by hydrology and meteorology departments.

Working principle
The accurate liquid level in the evaporation tank and the liquid level difference within a given period of time are measured with the probe, which is the evaporation of water in this period. The whole measuring pin is mounted on the socket of the evaporating barrel. When the dial is rotated, the measuring needle moves up and down, so that the measuring needle touches the water surface. The height of liquid level is measured by vernier reading. When the tip touches the water surface, the audio circuit generates oscillation and sends out sound to the worker to touch the water signal of the needle tip.
The instrument consists of a sounder, socket probe, evaporation barrel, a pen, a rubber tube, overflow barrel.
